7 months ago, I had a specific dream to pursue an MBA in France
but there was a thousand and one challenges that made my dream seem like a joke and my worry meter was over board. nevertheless, I invested all I had - myself, my friends, money, time, faith… in August 2018, I quit my paying job and jumped into the programme. no income - only outcome. last week, I began worrying about finding a job after my programme. I had literally spent these past weeks jumping from one worry to another. but it dawned on me…

but yet we forget to stop and take in the moment to be thankful
especially to yourself for the discipline and hard work
that brought you here.
So keep at it, you’re already there
set an intention for this week
grab a sticky note if you find one ( you may write in your notebook or a list on your phone). write everything you hoped for in the past. set your timeline either for a year, 6 months, 2 years… depends. then write down all the achievements you have made so far in this time. cross the ones that tally with your “hoped-for” list. share this list with someone, anyone or me. and tell them,
“who were you, Yesterday? Quit Worrying. You can work it out!”
